Local Honey Sweet Blossom Honey is collected in Northern Michigan. They pride themselves on producing the best natural honey by leaving the bees to what they do best. Try both Liquid or Creamed Honey varieties.	Truffles Our truffles are handmade and hand rolled using a variety of non-alcoholic flavorings. Flavors include Amaretto, Raspberry, Classic, Double Dark, Cherry, European (Hazelnut), Butter Rum, Maple, Irish Cream, Grand Marnier, Crème de Menthe, Strawberry and Lemon. Peppermint is available seasonally.
Cremes Real chocolate with yummy butter creme centers. Flavors include: Maple, Vanilla, Chocolate, Mint, Cherry, Raspberry, Coconut, Orange, Lemon, Blackberry, and Maple Pecan (made with real maple syrup!)	Chocolate Confections Our chocolate confections include Turtlettes, Caramels, Clusters and so much more. We've even elevated Oreos and Nutterbutters by coating them in chocolate.
Bark We have a wide range of chocolate bark in milk or dark chocolate, including: Cherry Pecan Bank, Cashew Bark, Pecan Bark, Almond Bark and Plain Bark for the purist!	Fudge Our fudge is made by hand in a copper kettle over an open flame and finished on a marble slab. Flavors include: Chocolate, Chocolate Cherry , Chocolate Cherry Pecan, Maple, Maple Nut, Chocolate Pecan, Chocolate Walnut, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Vanilla, Vanilla Nut, Turtle (Chocolate Fudge, Pecans and Caramel) and Penuche (brown sugar based).
Sugar Free Candies You can still enjoy some sweet treats without the sugar. Including chocolates, fudge and other great confections!	Candied Confections Great candies like brittle, carmel corn and more!
Syrup Get some real maple syrup harvested and made locally in Northern Michigan by the pint, all the way up to the gallon.	Northern Michigan Jams Jams made from hand-picked Northern Michigan fruits & berries.
