Our truffles are handmade and hand rolled using a variety of non-alcoholic flavorings. Flavors include Amaretto, Raspberry, Classic, Double Dark, Cherry, European (Hazelnut), Butter Rum, Maple, Irish Cream, Grand Marnier, Crème de Menthe, Strawberry and Lemon. Peppermint is available seasonally.

FudgeOur fudge is made by hand in a copper kettle over an open flame and finished on a marble slab. Flavors include: Chocolate, Chocolate Cherry , Chocolate Cherry Pecan, Maple, Maple Nut, Chocolate Pecan, Chocolate Walnut, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Vanilla, Vanilla Nut, Turtle (Chocolate Fudge, Pecans and Caramel) and Penuche (brown sugar based). |
