We currently offer a flat rate shipping no matter the size of the order, however, our shipping costs do vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. To best continue our flat rate shipping it will be at our discretion to choose the best suited carrier for your package. If the recipient has a PO Box please provide it, as well as the physical address. We will use the most cost effective shipping available for your area and weather conditions.
Most orders received are shipped the following business day, however, some exceptions may apply - orders placed early enough in the morning MAY go out the same day, orders requested to ship at a later date will be delayed accordingly and orders placed on Friday MAY ship out on Monday). Because our candy is handmade in small batches daily, we may not have enough of your item in stock and will need an extra 1-2 days to complete your order.
During the busy holidays; Christmas, Valentine's and Easter - orders placed will go out in the order they are received. To ensure on-time delivery during these busy times, please make sure to place your order 2 weeks prior to shipment date. Orders placed last minute cannot be guaranteed to arrive on time.
Shipping prices at checkout are accurate, but for some (especially on the west coast or during hot summer months) we may need to add an additional shipping charge for Ice packs ($3.50 each not including tax) which are required for maintaining the integrity of the product during high temperatures. We take care to package your candy so it will arrive in excellent condition, if we feel that your order requires an ice pack and one was not added to cart before purchase, then you may be charged after checkout.
We will call before adding any additional charges. You may opt out of using an ice pack even if we recommend it - however, by opting out you are agreeing that we will not be held responsible for the condition the product arrives in. Temperatures below 70 degrees fahrenheit during the week of delivery will NOT need an ice pack.
